You will coordinate specialist planners and service providers, monitor construction progress and quality, and ensure compliance with Airbus standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Planning and realization of investments in construction, real estate, and technical building services across all HOAI service phases
- Financial planning for infrastructure measures within the framework of operational planning
- Service provider coordination by commissioning and managing external specialist planners from conception to handover
- Construction supervision of construction progress, quality, and defect management
- Project management including budget control and interface management with internal customers such as factory planning and equipment realization
- Operational coordination to minimize production disruptions during construction work
- Documentation and reporting as well as conducting project meetings
- Standard compliance by consistently implementing Airbus processes and standards
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering (at least Bachelor's) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production, and project management
- Experience in industrial construction and construction in existing buildings
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (advanced application knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Sound knowledge of the Bavarian Industrial Construction Guideline, Building Code, HOAI, AHO, VOB, Construction Site Ordinance and RAB
- Teamwork skills, resilience, independent working style, communication and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
