For our client Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH, we are looking for a CNC Machine Operator & Programmer at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Here you work at the interface between design and manufacturing, precisely implementing complex components with state-of-the-art CNC technology.

Responsibilities
- CNC Programming: develop, adapt and optimize programs for machine control
- Production Planning: take charge of creating and archiving setup and clamping plans as well as measurement protocols
- Machine Room Simulations: perform simulations to validate processes virtually
- Manufacturing Processes: continuously analyze and improve machining technology and processes
- 3D Modeling: utilize 3D modeling for design and manufacturing purposes
- Design Support: provide technical expertise to support development projects
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Turner / Miller, Precision Mechanic, Machining Technician or comparable commercial training
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, industrial mechanics or maintenance
- Experience in CNC programming, ideally with Siemens Sinumerik 840D
- Proficient use of MS-Office and knowledge of the zamiz software
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
