We are currently looking for a CNC Machining Mechanic Aviation for our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg Finkenwerder site. You will take on responsibility in production, work in a 3-shift system, and use your technical expertise to ensure smooth processes in everyday production. Tasks
- Setting up and preparing NC machines according to work orders
- Material handling, including loading and unloading workpieces
- Monitoring the production process and machine status
- Ensuring manufacturing quality through visual and dimensional inspections
- Compliance with safety and quality standards during operation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a lathe operator, milling machine operator, toolmaker, cutting machine operator or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in production/manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of CAT/CAM, tools and CNC control is essential
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends in a 3-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
