Tasks
- Preparation and follow-up of CNC milling processes
- Setup and monitoring of CNC-controlled milling machines
- Carrying out tool changes and minor maintenance work
- Set corrections and troubleshooting directly on the machine
- Visual inspection and dimensional control of manufactured components
- Working with parts lists, orders and subprogrammes
- Use of Siemens Sinumerik 840D control system
- Documentation of work results in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, milling machine operator, lathe operator, precision mechanic or comparable industrial-technical training.
- Many years of professional experience in CNC machining, ideally in the field of industrial mechanics, maintenance or repair.
- Experience in working with ERP systems in manufacturing (e.g. BARL, BTEI, ARLG).
- In-depth knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840D
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent in German (at least C1), basic knowledge of English (at least A2-B1)
- Willingness to work shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
