We are currently looking for a structured CNC Programmer for Forming Technology in Aviation for our customer ArianeGroup GmbH at their Lampoldshausen site. In this position, you will work in the Production Control department and be responsible for high-precision CNC machining as part of critical manufacturing processes for the aerospace industry. Tasks
- Creating CNC programs for forming technology based on design data (e.g., STEP or IGES files)
- Defining bending directions (forward, backward) and adjusting bending parameters in case of deviations
- Documenting changes, saving programs on data carriers
- Assembling and converting bending devices, testing and adjusting clamping functions
- Assigning and setting up bending tools, performing test runs
- Processing and measuring pipes, including reworking in the event of quality deviations
- Creating target/actual comparisons, documenting measurement results
- Ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality, including scrap analysis
Qualifications
- Completed training with many years of experience as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or in a comparable metalworking profession
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace, maintenance, measurement technology, quality management and technical documentation
- In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system if required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
