Tasks
- Perform CNC work with HOMAG wood WOP on high-quality aircraft cabin furniture
- Implement custom interior designs for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical specifications
- Professionally process real wood veneers, solid wood, and sandwich materials
- Document and execute tasks in accordance with relevant quality and process guidelines
- Make independent decisions to ensure accurate and on-time production
- Handle machines, tools, and equipment responsibly
- Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a joiner / cabinetmaker
- Several years of experience as a cabinetmaker in high-end interior finishing, ideally with an aviation background
- Solid knowledge in the CNC field, especially with HOMAG wood WOP, as well as familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations (e.g. UVV)
- Basic experience in the use of IT systems
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (at least B1)
- Willingness to work in shifts and pursue job-related further training
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
