Responsibilities
- Data collection and sourcing from internal and external sources
- Data cleansing and preparation to ensure high data quality
- Data analysis using statistical and analytical methods to gain insights
- Data visualization through the creation of charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards
- Results presentation and effective communication of findings to stakeholders
- Software and tool support for analysis and visualization processes
- Data governance by ensuring data protection and compliance
- Departmental consulting to promote a data-driven mindset
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical subject
- Several years of professional experience in IT, administration, or production planning and control
- Practical experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); English skills advantageous
- Analytical skills, communication strength, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
