Responsibilities
- Change Board Leadership: Evaluate technical changes and align implementation strategies with manufacturing, customer support, and program areas
- KPI Management: Define and monitor progress indicators for ongoing changes
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate agreed actions with the "Offer and Contract MAS"
- Certification Representation: Act as technical representative to Spanish, French, and German military certification authorities and customers
- Process Optimization: Ensure continuous improvement of change processes and tools internally and with external stakeholders
- Resource Planning: Budget monitoring and planning for transversal departments such as configuration and type examination office
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; additionally extensive experience or a doctorate
- Many years of experience in engineering, project management, and aerospace (at least 5 years)
- Solid knowledge of configuration management and change management as well as steering change processes
- Secure handling of defined change processes and their implementation
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French desirable
- Knowledge of contract management, including technical and commercial aspects
- Leadership qualities, teamwork, negotiation skills, and intercultural competencies
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
