At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Construction Project Manager to steer the realization of construction projects for the rate ramp-up in the Single-Aisle final assembly line. You are responsible for project goals from time and cost to quality and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities
- Project management of construction projects for aircraft production with a focus on time, scope, cost, and quality
- Team leadership and establishment of the project organization, including within matrix structures
- Risk management for internal and external project risks and opportunities
- Partner and supplier management to ensure effective collaboration
- Cost control through creation of cost overviews and monitoring in all project phases
- Permit management and communication with involved authorities in the construction sector
- Experience integration of gained insights for future projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering, construction project management, or building services engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in construction supervision and many years of experience in project management
- Experience in participating in project and construction supervision of industrial plants, industrial infrastructure, and industrial buildings is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge in the construction and erection of buildings and building services as well as in coordinating conversion measures considering regulations
- Analytical thinking, structured and results-oriented working style, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
