Tasks
- Preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss, and project analyses by management units, including plausibility checks and account assignment
- Active contribution to General Ledger Accounting and Business Accounting
- Implementation of improvement potential in accounting processes and execution of optimization proposals
- Support for IT-related projects, such as the introduction of new systems
- Processing and analysis of large datasets to develop actionable recommendations
- Introduction of new methods in accordance with IFRS and HGB, ensuring full compliance with current standards
- Improvement of data cleansing and internal documentation quality
- Ensuring compliance with internal control systems, regulations, and policies
Qualifications
- Completed training as a bookkeeper / financial accountant, or alternatively, a degree in business administration or information technology
- Proven experience in data analysis is required, ideally also with large data volumes
- Excellent knowledge of SAP-FI as well as extensive experience with MS Excel and MS Office
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style, as well as team spirit, initiative and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not sufficient) is strictly required
