Responsibilities
- Cost Center Planning: Participation in the planning of secondary costs and the determination of hourly rates
- Master Data Maintenance: Ensuring and maintaining master data in cost center and cost object accounting
- Allocation Processes: Ensuring and further developing allocation processes as well as compliance with budget and audit requirements
- Customer Consultation: Support and advice for internal customers on complex technical issues regarding calculation and allocation
- Special Tasks: Taking on specific tasks within the finance department and participating in transnational projects such as ERP migrations
- Financial Analysis: Development and analysis of financial key figures to support corporate management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, finance, and project management
- Practical experience in financial analysis and key figure development
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- General understanding of accounting topics and financial flows (balance sheet, P&L)
- Initiative, structured way of working, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
