Tasks

  • Analysis and optimization of pricing issues in compliance with legal requirements
  • Preparation and support for price reviews by public contracting authorities
  • Compilation and preparation of relevant review documents
  • Coordination with controlling, cost accounting, and operational departments
  • Application and representation of a coordinated negotiation strategy towards authorities
  • Participation in national and international working groups on public procurement policy
  • Support in advising on surcharge rates and chargeable costs

Qualifications

  • Completed master's/diploma degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance
  • Experience in dealing with public clients desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills and in-depth SAP knowledge, especially SAP R3, S/4 HANA, SAP CO and SAP PS
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Taufkirchen/Munich
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
