Tasks
- Supporting the programme lead in strategic initiatives within Electrical / Mechanical System Installation (ESI/MSI)
- Independently managing improvement and risk mitigation initiatives
- Driving and analyzing Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management
- Handling escalation management in critical situations, including coordination between programmes, line-fit and in-service
- Performing root cause analyses for delayed engineering inflow
- Participating in supplier review meetings and steering committees to ensure performance and deliverables
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in interface management, supplier coordination, manufacturing engineering, project management and process optimization
- Knowledge in organisational and resource management
- Solid expertise in risk management, experience with agile project methods is a plus
- Confident in using Google Workspace
- English business fluent (min. C1) and German at an advanced level (min. B2)
- Valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
