For our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are currently looking for a Coordinator Supply Chain Aviation to optimize and manage physical logistics processes. Tasks

  • Managing and improving logistics processes along the entire physical chain - from goods receipt to delivery
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of cost, quality and time
  • Escalation management for logistics problems and sustainable error prevention through root cause analysis
  • Implementing short-term improvement initiatives involving service providers, procurement operations, plant logistics, etc.
  • Co-designing end-to-end logistics solutions, taking planning changes into account
  • Ensuring logistics performance in compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
  • Monitoring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to check agreements with service providers
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align logistics processes with company objectives

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (at least Bachelor) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace, project management, and logistics/supply chain operations
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Initial experience in change management
  • Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
  • Willingness to work in two-shift operations
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
