Responsibilities
- Interface Coordination: Coordinate security service providers across all Hamburg sites and ensure their performance quality
- Security Concepts: Develop and implement security concepts and take responsibility for their implementation
- Security Requirements: Analyze and ensure growing requirements driven by expansion of production and delivery capacities
- Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement security processes and ensure their continuous maintenance
- Risk Analysis: Analyze, assess, and reduce risks as well as respond to security-related incidents
- Personnel and Resource Protection: Ensure the protection of personnel, sites, and resources and compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Project Management, a technical discipline, or Security Management (or comparable)
- Professional experience in strategic and operational Security Management
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Proficient English (at least B2)
- Experience in coordinating external companies advantageous
- Communication skills, teamwork, and professional, confident demeanor
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
