Tasks

  • Taking charge of change management, including investigating causes, negotiating with customers, and monitoring quality costs
  • Creating and maintaining reports, key figures, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyzing and controlling external and internal evaluation systems and billing data
  • Controlling: budget forecasts, milestone monitoring, comparison and calculation of billing data
  • Responsibility for the entire billing process, including process control and further development
  • Development and support of tools for process optimization as well as training and qualification processes
  • Close cooperation with interfaces within the company; responding to internal and external inquiries

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international management or similar
  • Several years of experience in change management, controlling, project management, and process improvement
  • Initial experience in the aerospace industry
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
