The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Hardware development for Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) using EAGLE and Altium, including functional testing
- Software development for Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) with IP Core and serial interfaces
- Fault analysis and qualification of FTI components from board level to the finished device
- Test specifications for FTI devices, creating them independently and ensuring their execution
- Documentation of electrical designs and development results, maintaining them professionally
- Technical support for the integration and validation of FTI systems
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering/electronics
- Several years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Basic knowledge of FPGA (VHDL) and circuit development (PCB routing)
- Knowledge of EAGLE and/or Altium as well as printed circuit board layout creation
- Knowledge of microcontroller programming (PIC & ATMEL)
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
