Responsibilities


  • Production Planning: Balance commercial requirements with the overall capacities of production, engineering, procurement, and transport
  • Program Planning: Establish or upgrade the integrated programme planning concept after scenario assessment and give the go-ahead for publication
  • Program Publication: Publish and cascade the agreed integrated production programme (Baseline)
  • Planning Control: Monitor and control adherence to the planning outputs of the integrated programme
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely within the A320 Short-Term Planning FAL & Customer Line Balancing team


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (at least Technician/Technical Manager qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, or production planning and control
  • Experience in project management is an advantage; Airbus experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of project management; basic knowledge of civil aviation documentation (CA)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Flexibility for possible extended shifts (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) required
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style; strong communication and persuasion skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
