For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for an Aircraft Mechanic Manufacturing Technology at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel site. In a highly specialised environment, you will manufacture and maintain customised cabin components for VIP and special mission aircraft – where every part matters.

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and Maintenance of aircraft components for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical documentation, with a focus on cabin and cabin parts
- Manual repairs and modifications on manufactured cabin components independently
- Process compliance: Perform all activities in accordance with relevant EASA Part 21G processes
- Decision-making for the technically correct, timely, and economical execution of work orders
- Responsibility for operating resources: Ensure proper use and careful handling of machines, tools, and operating equipment
- Safety and order: Adherence to SOS principles (Cleanliness, Order, Safety) in the workplace
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an Aircraft Mechanic specialising in Manufacturing or Maintenance Technology, Construction Mechanic Lightweight Construction and Aviation, or in a metal or plastics processing trade (e.g., yacht or model building)
- Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing and maintenance of structural and cabin parts
- Relevant specialist knowledge and several years of experience in manufacturing in aviation technical operations (EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 145)
- German language skills required; English language skills at least at an advanced level (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model
- Teamwork skills, independent way of working, and high quality awareness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
