Tasks
- Administrative support for the team and managers in day-to-day business
- Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips, including booking hotels and flights
- Organization and maintenance of incoming mail and filing
- Independent processing of recurring administrative procedures and travel expense reports
- Supporting purchasing processes using internal company tools
- Creating and checking invoices
- Ensuring a structured flow of information within the team
- General assistance and office organization
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant or administrative role desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1), good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
