We are looking for an experienced Business Partner Project Management in the Customer Services department at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this interface role between project management, process optimization, and stakeholder management, you will actively shape the implementation of strategic programs! Tasks

  • Analysis and integration of project-related data on time, costs, quality and resources
  • Planning and control of programs and projects, including structure and schedules
  • Risk and opportunity management throughout the entire project
  • Monitoring of milestones and key performance indicators
  • Configuration and change management in the context of contract data
  • Implementation and further development of PM processes and tools
  • Reporting and control vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, international management or a comparable technical degree
  • Many years of project management experience
  • Several years of experience in public relations/communications management, especially stakeholder management
  • In-depth knowledge of change management and knowledge of systems development desirable
  • Very good knowledge of Google Workspace and Planisware-E7 is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month within Europe (mainly Toulouse)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
