Tasks

• Coordination of change management for technical documents and configuration baselines
• Interface function between engineering, program, and production
• Organization and moderation of Change Control Boards (CCB)
• Validation and maintenance of technical documents and implementation of textual changes
• Support of quality management in internal and external audits
• Creation of technical status reports and distribution lists
• Development of concepts for document exchange with customers and suppliers
• Analysis and optimization of existing documentation in terms of structure and correctness

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in configuration management and technical documentation
• In-depth knowledge of electronics and/or aviation and/or mechanical engineering
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (detailed specialist knowledge)
• SAP knowledge at the functional level; experience with Confluence is an advantage
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
