We are looking for you as a CNC Carpenter for Aircraft Cabin Furniture at Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. You will manufacture and maintain custom VIP aircraft cabin furniture according to technical specifications – with clear documentation, process reliability, and in a two-shift operation. Responsibilities


  • Perform CNC work on HOMAG systems using woodWOP, including setup, production, and quality-compliant machining
  • Manufacture and maintain custom aircraft cabin furniture for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical specifications
  • Perform and document high-quality carpentry work using real wood veneers, solid wood, and sandwich materials
  • Implement work steps in accordance with relevant processes, regulations, and quality requirements
  • Make technically and economically sound decisions to ensure on-time completion of tasks within your own work area
  • Use equipment, machines, and tools properly and treat them with care


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a carpenter or cabinetmaker
  • Extensive professional experience as a cabinetmaker in high-quality interior finishing (Aviation experience desirable)
  • Very good CNC skills with HOMAG woodWOP are mandatory
  • Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations, accident prevention regulations, and environmental protection regulations
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems
  • Advanced German and English skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
