Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner: Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for executive-level discussions and decisions
- Budget and Result Evaluation: Evaluate results against budgets and targets, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures
- Program Monitoring: Monitor programs using Earned Value Management in cooperation with operational responsible parties
- Process Improvement: Support and challenge operational responsible parties in improving financial and operational results
- Planning Process Management: Lead participants in planning processes such as OP and Forecast
- Transfer Capacity Processes: Manage and monitor Transfer Capacity processes to improve flexibility and agility in the development sector
- Digitalization: Participate in projects for further digitalization of reporting
- Process Implementation: Support the implementation of new and improved planning and budget processes in the development sector
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (at least Master's/Diploma)
- Many years of experience in controlling, finance, IT/information systems, and project management
- Experience in program management
- Confident handling of MS Office (knowledge of detailed functions), SAP, and BW
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a high degree of independence
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
