Responsibilities


  • Finance Business Partner: Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for executive-level discussions and decisions
  • Budget and Result Evaluation: Evaluate results against budgets and targets, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures
  • Program Monitoring: Monitor programs using Earned Value Management in cooperation with operational responsible parties
  • Process Improvement: Support and challenge operational responsible parties in improving financial and operational results
  • Planning Process Management: Lead participants in planning processes such as OP and Forecast
  • Transfer Capacity Processes: Manage and monitor Transfer Capacity processes to improve flexibility and agility in the development sector
  • Digitalization: Participate in projects for further digitalization of reporting
  • Process Implementation: Support the implementation of new and improved planning and budget processes in the development sector


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (at least Master's/Diploma)
  • Many years of experience in controlling, finance, IT/information systems, and project management
  • Experience in program management
  • Confident handling of MS Office (knowledge of detailed functions), SAP, and BW
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a high degree of independence
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
