Responsibilities
- Schedule management: Daily and weekly scheduling and coordination for senior management
- Travel organization: Independently manage travel planning, booking, and expense reporting
- Meeting preparation: Conceptualize meetings, invite participants, and provide all necessary documentation
- Office administration: Handle internal and external correspondence and welcome guests on site
- Team events: Coordinate and execute team events, company functions, and international trade fairs
- Administrative processes: Take responsibility for invoice assignment, verification, and initiation of approval workflows
- Budget support: Actively support the department with budget planning and expenditure control
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Office Management Assistant or comparable commercial qualification
- Several years of professional experience in secretarial or assistant roles
- Experience in marketing and sales areas is advantageous
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; Google skills are desired
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French is a plus
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and teamwork as well as strong communication and organizational skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
