Responsibilities
- Qualification program planning: Preparation of System Qualification Program Plans (SysQPPs) for flight control systems
- Clearance request assessment: Assessment of flight clearance requests to define required qualification and certification activities
- Evidence consolidation: Planning, integration, and harmonization of clearance evidence from the FCS disciplines
- System clearance statements: Preparation of System Clearance/Qualification Statements for Development & Series Production Aircraft
- Verification support: Support the verification process for FCS-related type acceptance documentation
- Compliance matrices: Preparation of compliance matrices showing the fulfilment of FCS contractual requirements
- Authority coordination: Coordination of queries raised by the Airworthiness Authority and providing required input for the national dialogue
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field (at least Master's/Diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in qualification and certification, requirements management, and airworthiness
- Solid experience working with flight control systems and in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT)
- Proficient use of MS Office with detailed specialist knowledge
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are a plus
- Pronounced team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and independent working style
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
