Responsibilities

  • Qualification program planning: Preparation of System Qualification Program Plans (SysQPPs) for flight control systems
  • Clearance request assessment: Assessment of flight clearance requests to define required qualification and certification activities
  • Evidence consolidation: Planning, integration, and harmonization of clearance evidence from the FCS disciplines
  • System clearance statements: Preparation of System Clearance/Qualification Statements for Development & Series Production Aircraft
  • Verification support: Support the verification process for FCS-related type acceptance documentation
  • Compliance matrices: Preparation of compliance matrices showing the fulfilment of FCS contractual requirements
  • Authority coordination: Coordination of queries raised by the Airworthiness Authority and providing required input for the national dialogue


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field (at least Master's/Diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in qualification and certification, requirements management, and airworthiness
  • Solid experience working with flight control systems and in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT)
  • Proficient use of MS Office with detailed specialist knowledge
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are a plus
  • Pronounced team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and independent working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
