Responsibilities
- HR Advisory & Support: Handle and manage operational HR topics in collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Personnel Administration: Process hires, transfers, and contract extensions in the Workday system and manage all related procedures
- Compensation Management: Handle compensation development steps and implement salary changes
- Request Processing: Review and process applications for overtime and on-call duty
- Workforce Planning: Be responsible for headcount tracking and HR reporting for personnel control
- Recruiting Support: Support the organization of recruitment days for permanent positions
- Works Council Cooperation: Maintain collaboration with works councils on personnel-related matters
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as a Personnel Clerk, or a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in personnel administration, payroll, or as an HR Business Partner
- Confident handling of HR systems such as Workday and SAP/R3
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Quality and performance-oriented, responsible, as well as structured and proactive way of working
- Good communication skills for collaborating with contacts at all levels
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
