Tasks

  • Administrative preparation and implementation of individual HR measures, particularly regarding employment contract changes
  • Processing hirings, internal transfers and contract extensions in Workday, including all related follow-up processes
  • Maintaining and ensuring the quality of data in relevant HR systems
  • Preparing HR information and creating evaluations and analyses
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in HR campaigns within the annual HR Cycle (e.g. Develop, Team and Salary Reviews)
  • Acting as a point of contact for managers and employees on selected HR topics and processes
  • Collaborating with internal HR interfaces such as payroll, pensions and HR experts, as well as with the works council
  • Contributing to projects for the continuous improvement and digitalisation of HR processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training with a focus on HR, or an additional qualification in HR management
  • Several years of hands-on experience in an operational Human Resources environment; solid HR administration / clerical processing skills required
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills and strong SAP knowledge
  • Experience with Workday or other Human Resources systems is desirable
  • Fluent German and English skills at negotiation level (min. C1)
  • Team-oriented, communicative personality with a structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility and openness to change and improvement
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
