You advise management on strategic HR topics, drive change processes, and further develop managers and teams. Responsibilities


  • HR Strategy: Drive and implement key change processes from the HR strategy within the Engineering Cabin & Cargo department
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to management and specialist departments on all HR topics
  • Leadership Development: Actively accompany and initiate the development of managers and employees
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with national labor law, corporate guidelines, and ethics & compliance standards
  • Compensation & Benefits: Harmonize remuneration and social benefits in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Collaboration: Maintain trusting cooperation with social partners and internal interfaces such as Labor Law
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR key figures and use them to provide informed support to the business and management


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and in Human Resources
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, ideally at Airbus, is an advantage
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace and Workday is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Basic knowledge of Change Management and Project Management
  • Strong communication skills, independent working style, and high resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
