At Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg, as HR Manager Recruiting & Training, you will be the central point of contact for everything related to young talent programs. You will advise managers, manage the entire recruitment process, and actively shape strategic personnel development. Tasks

  • Advising hiring managers on staffing opportunities, profiles, sourcing channels, and probability of success
  • End-to-end recruiting for junior programs (apprenticeships, engineering students, trainees) at LHT AG and its subsidiaries
  • Designing and implementing recruiting processes and tools, including coordination with the recruiting center
  • Providing technical guidance to operational recruiting partners and quality assurance along the process chain
  • Candidate support from application receipt to program start
  • Interface management with internal departments and external partners
  • Monitoring benchmarks and recruiting trends for the strategic development of programs
  • Annual demand planning in coordination with departments and the Executive Board

Qualifications

  • Completed degree with a focus on human resources or equivalent qualification through further training and professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience with a focus on personnel selection
  • Very good knowledge of the German training and labor market as well as market trends in the area of junior staff programs
  • In-depth knowledge of labor, social security, and works constitution law, ideally LH Group regulations
  • Very good knowledge of internal processes and interrelationships in the areas of recruitment
  • Very good IT skills, including MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and abroad
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
