Tasks
- Manufacturing of complex components using conventional and CNC-controlled milling, drilling, turning and grinding
- Programming and operation of 3- and 5-axis DMU machines, incl. CAD/CAM integration
- Production of high-precision tools and fixtures for aerospace applications
- Independent CNC programming using Heidenhain iTNC530
- Participation in interdisciplinary special projects and workshops
- Performing quality control in line with the highest aerospace standards
- Collaborative work with colleagues from manufacturing and engineering
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training as industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, metalworker, bodywork and vehicle builder or mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production or aerospace
- Sound knowledge of CNC milling and toolmaking; experience with Heidenhain iTNC530 is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- German language skills at business fluent level (C1), English at advanced level (B2)
- Willingness to work in two-shift operation (early/late shift, Mon–Fri)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Resume in English required
