Tasks

  • Manufacturing of complex components using conventional and CNC-controlled milling, drilling, turning and grinding
  • Programming and operation of 3- and 5-axis DMU machines, incl. CAD/CAM integration
  • Production of high-precision tools and fixtures for aerospace applications
  • Independent CNC programming using Heidenhain iTNC530
  • Participation in interdisciplinary special projects and workshops
  • Performing quality control in line with the highest aerospace standards
  • Collaborative work with colleagues from manufacturing and engineering

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training as industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, metalworker, bodywork and vehicle builder or mechanic
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production or aerospace
  • Sound knowledge of CNC milling and toolmaking; experience with Heidenhain iTNC530 is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • German language skills at business fluent level (C1), English at advanced level (B2)
  • Willingness to work in two-shift operation (early/late shift, Mon–Fri)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Resume in English required
