Tasks
- Managing and ensuring industrial contributions to MRO bidding processes across all program and project phases
- Coordinating necessary activities within the operations organization in close collaboration with the Program & Bidding Office
- Implementation of the MRO industrial strategy, including coordination of CAPEX planning and implementation to enable agreed industrial capabilities
- Overall responsibility for MRO industrial projects, including hangar/slot/event readiness (layouts, facilities/utilities, logistics flow, skills, sourcing, tools, IT infrastructure, production progress)
- Active management of risks and opportunities within the scope of industrial projects, as well as support for other MRO centers across locations
- Preparation of MRO events through efficient configuration management and clear scope definition, including a delta process
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication to facilitate swift decision-making
Profil
- Master’s or diploma degree in engineering or industrial engineering
- Many years of professional experience in finance and project management
- Industrial background desirable
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially detailed and special functions)
- Business fluent in English (at least C1); German and Spanish are an advantage
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
