Responsibilities


  • Service Lifecycle Management: Manage services from preparation through implementation to realization across the entire lifecycle
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure and continuously improve satisfaction regarding services, products, and service support
  • Service Innovation: Identify and develop opportunities to introduce new services, products, and support offerings
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding Extended Enterprise services
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and derive optimization potential
  • Escalation Management: Support in case of escalations, find solutions, and initiate necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation
  • Service Quality: Monitor and control service quality based on existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Entry-into-Service: Ensure the smooth operational start when implementing new Extended Enterprise solutions


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and project management
  • Solid knowledge of Extended Enterprise processes, methods, and tools
  • Experience in service management and stakeholder management
  • Experience in design processes
  • Basic knowledge of network and virtualization technologies
  • Proficient use of JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in DevOps and infrastructure knowledge is a plus
  • Business fluent English (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
