Responsibilities
- Initial Equipment: Issue and document initial workwear to employees
- Returns: Receive, check, and manage returned items
- Orders: Place and track orders for workwear and protective equipment
- Interface Function: Act as the liaison between internal departments and external service providers
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders as needed
- Process Optimization: Support the optimization of the clothing issue and return management processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or in a commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in commercial administration or warehouse logistics
- Initial experience in the procurement or issuance of workwear or personal protective equipment is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Solution-oriented, reliable, and service-minded approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
