Responsibilities


  • Initial Equipment: Issue and document initial workwear to employees
  • Returns: Receive, check, and manage returned items
  • Orders: Place and track orders for workwear and protective equipment
  • Interface Function: Act as the liaison between internal departments and external service providers
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders as needed
  • Process Optimization: Support the optimization of the clothing issue and return management processes


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or in a commercial field
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial administration or warehouse logistics
  • Initial experience in the procurement or issuance of workwear or personal protective equipment is an advantage
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and service-minded approach to work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
