Responsibilities


  • Rivet connections and assemblies on aircraft structures according to construction documents and drawings
  • Component manufacturing in compliance with applicable aviation standards and quality requirements
  • Work preparation including reviewing orders, drawings, and providing manufacturing resources
  • Component positioning and fixation to ensure precise assembly
  • Assembly and documentation of components and assemblies performed independently
  • Surface protection through rivet head application and sealing of seams


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic (Engine Technology), Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or in a metalworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and specifically in structural assembly
  • Expert knowledge in the manufacturing and assembly of riveted connections and the application of aviation standards
  • Ability to read and implement work orders and technical drawings
  • Good German language skills (at least proficient); basic skills in English
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-3 shift system
  • Quality awareness, focused and independent way of working, as well as teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
