In this central role, you will model, analyze, and improve operational processes within the Lufthansa Group, strategically implementing the Process Excellence methodology.

Responsibilities
- Process modeling: Visualization and documentation of business processes across various functional areas using specialized modeling tools
- Process optimization: Continuous improvement of existing workflows in close coordination with Process Architects and Process Owners
- Workshop moderation: Planning and conducting process design workshops to capture and optimize workflows
- Methodology consulting: Multiplier and advisor for the Process Excellence methodology across the entire Lufthansa Group
- IT tool development: Initiation and support of improvements to the Process Excellence process and associated IT tools
- Project work: Handling and supporting projects as well as providing technical consulting to various business units
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree (business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable) or equivalent skills and knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and with corresponding systems
- Good knowledge of the organization and operational processes of the Lufthansa Technik Group or the Lufthansa Group
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and solid experience with process modeling and document management tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work on assignments domestically and abroad as well as to pursue job-related further training
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, teamwork, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
