Tasks

  • Fine finishing and sanding of resin and component edges to size on CFRP/GFRP components
  • Laminating carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP/GFRP)
  • Setting up and using vacuum systems in the manufacturing process
  • Ordering materials, picking orders, and preparing goods
  • Documenting work performed and handling complaints
  • Operating lifting and hoisting equipment and transporting work equipment and operating resources
  • Performing simple maintenance work on work equipment and operating resources

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a boat builder, precision mechanic, carpenter, or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
  • Several years of professional experience in plastics and rubber technology
  • Crane operator's license (can also be submitted shortly after starting work)
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic knowledge of English
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift operation and to complete preliminary qualification in the field
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
