Tasks
- Fine finishing and sanding of resin and component edges to size on CFRP/GFRP components
- Laminating carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP/GFRP)
- Setting up and using vacuum systems in the manufacturing process
- Ordering materials, picking orders, and preparing goods
- Documenting work performed and handling complaints
- Operating lifting and hoisting equipment and transporting work equipment and operating resources
- Performing simple maintenance work on work equipment and operating resources
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a boat builder, precision mechanic, carpenter, or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
- Several years of professional experience in plastics and rubber technology
- Crane operator's license (can also be submitted shortly after starting work)
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic knowledge of English
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift operation and to complete preliminary qualification in the field
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
