Responsibilities


  • Component Preparation: Deburring and grinding components using grinding equipment, as well as their marking and labeling
  • Quality Control: Performing quality assessments to ensure manufacturing standards
  • Material Logistics: Compilation and transport of materials and components for specific plant processes
  • Maintenance Support: Assisting with simple maintenance work on production equipment
  • Order Control: Forwarding manufacturing orders and components to the next cost center
  • Documentation: Carrying out required system notifications and documentation
  • Production Flow: Delivery of components, including those with special surfaces, to the next workstation


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, in a craft or metalworking trade, or as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in component processing, especially with grinding and deburring techniques
  • Basic skills in using Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation and on weekends
  • Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic, teamwork skills, and concentrated, independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
