Responsibilities
- Component Preparation: Deburring and grinding components using grinding equipment, as well as their marking and labeling
- Quality Control: Performing quality assessments to ensure manufacturing standards
- Material Logistics: Compilation and transport of materials and components for specific plant processes
- Maintenance Support: Assisting with simple maintenance work on production equipment
- Order Control: Forwarding manufacturing orders and components to the next cost center
- Documentation: Carrying out required system notifications and documentation
- Production Flow: Delivery of components, including those with special surfaces, to the next workstation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, in a craft or metalworking trade, or as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in component processing, especially with grinding and deburring techniques
- Basic skills in using Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation and on weekends
- Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic, teamwork skills, and concentrated, independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
