Tasks
- Leadership and management of multifunctional teams (MFT) to implement defined programme objectives
- Assumption of sub-programme management for a work package, including target, deadline and action management
- Tracking of timely component production within the MFTs and active countermeasures in the event of deviations
- Ensuring a reliable flow of information between departments and management through clear communication and regular reporting
- Application of change management for the controlled implementation of changes in the work package
- Use of risk management to identify, evaluate and address programme risks
- Supporting implementation through process management and continuous improvement along the interfaces
- Use of total quality management and problem-solving methods for sustainable root cause analysis and error prevention
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace, project management and project leadership
- Good knowledge of change management, process management, risk management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
- You impress with your structured, results-oriented approach to work, high resilience and excellent communication skills
