Tasks

  • Leadership and management of multifunctional teams (MFT) to implement defined programme objectives
  • Assumption of sub-programme management for a work package, including target, deadline and action management
  • Tracking of timely component production within the MFTs and active countermeasures in the event of deviations
  • Ensuring a reliable flow of information between departments and management through clear communication and regular reporting
  • Application of change management for the controlled implementation of changes in the work package
  • Use of risk management to identify, evaluate and address programme risks
  • Supporting implementation through process management and continuous improvement along the interfaces
  • Use of total quality management and problem-solving methods for sustainable root cause analysis and error prevention

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace, project management and project leadership
  • Good knowledge of change management, process management, risk management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
  • You impress with your structured, results-oriented approach to work, high resilience and excellent communication skills
