Responsibilities
- Project management: take overall responsibility for cabin upgrade and modernization projects
- Technical offers: create and evaluate proposals for modifications and upgrades
- Act as the focal point for validating contractual delivery dates for Service Bulletins and hardware kits
- Industrial risks: systematically analyze, assess, and manage risks
- Technical solutions: validate solutions and associated documentation
- New retrofit adaptations: identify, propose, and support the development of new upgrade solutions
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace, a technical field, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in interface and supplier management
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Change Management and Risk Management
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- CV in English required
- Analytical thinking, structured and results-oriented working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
