Responsibilities


  • Project management: take overall responsibility for cabin upgrade and modernization projects
  • Technical offers: create and evaluate proposals for modifications and upgrades
  • Act as the focal point for validating contractual delivery dates for Service Bulletins and hardware kits
  • Industrial risks: systematically analyze, assess, and manage risks
  • Technical solutions: validate solutions and associated documentation
  • New retrofit adaptations: identify, propose, and support the development of new upgrade solutions


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace, a technical field, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in interface and supplier management
  • Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of Change Management and Risk Management
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
  • CV in English required
  • Analytical thinking, structured and results-oriented working style, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
