Responsibilities
- Operational support for Fleet and Project Managers in daily project steering
- Process stabilization by establishing clear structures and reliable weekly routines
- Methodology application of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) to reduce variability and drive continuous improvement
- Performance monitoring of deliverables and ensuring effective communication flows
- Meeting coordination and managing the team's meeting cadences
- Collaboration in multicultural and multifunctional teams
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, change management, and process improvement
- Experience with agile project methodologies such as Scrum
- Good knowledge of process management; programming skills and knowledge of Skywise or AI are advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
