At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will support the A320 Fleet Management Team as a Project Manager A320-Fleet in the efficient steering and coordination of projects. Responsibilities


  • Operational support for Fleet and Project Managers in daily project steering
  • Process stabilization by establishing clear structures and reliable weekly routines
  • Methodology application of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) to reduce variability and drive continuous improvement
  • Performance monitoring of deliverables and ensuring effective communication flows
  • Meeting coordination and managing the team's meeting cadences
  • Collaboration in multicultural and multifunctional teams


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, change management, and process improvement
  • Experience with agile project methodologies such as Scrum
  • Good knowledge of process management; programming skills and knowledge of Skywise or AI are advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, as well as strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
